It will be on your left a few blocks down, just past the corner of Bank and Phillip. 7. The AVANCE program is held in the little house on the left. From I-30 West 1. Head Eastbound on I-30 (passed downtown) 2. Take the E. Grand Ave. exit, turn right (south) 3. OM Roberts Elementary school will be on the right 4. Continue about 3 blocks to Bank street. Turn Right. (If you reach the Fork In the road for Haskell, you have gone too far) 5. The Jubilee Center Is located at: 917 Bank St. Dallas, TX 75223 6.
