Annual Competition Celebrates Homemade Educational
Toys
Avance-Dallas held its annual agency-wide Toy-Making
Competition at the end of April, an event that recognizes parents for crafting
creative toys that enhance children’s learning. The top five toymakers received
scholarships for college classes, and our first-place prize went to Eva for her
toy, “Aprendilandia,” or “Land
of Learning” (pictured right). See pictures of more toys here.
